pumpkin crumb cake
While planning for Thanksgiving dinner is an important step during this time of year, I’m more concerned with breakfast the next morning. This Pumpkin Crumb Cake is the coziest dessert after the big turkey day meal, but it also pairs even better with a cup of coffee the next morning. It comes together with a few simple ingredients and a homemade crumble topping with a hint of saltiness + crunch, and it is the perfect finale to autumnal flavors as we head into peppermint season. Enjoy!
